  - Added merge parameter to combine multiple xvg datasets into a single
    plot.
  - Added use_color_scale parameter for integration with ggsci color
    palettes.

summary_xvg(): New function to compute basic summary statistics (mean,
SD, min, median, max) for xvg data.

export_xvg(): New function to export the xvg data frame to csv format.
